As a Senior IT Business Analyst at Youtap Technology Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. With a focus on understanding the intricacies of our clients' businesses, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and drive project success. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of handling projects in banking, financial technology, supply chain, and mobile network operator sectors.

**Requirements**:
**Major Accountabilities**

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to thoroughly understand client needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.

2. Stakeholder Management and Communication:

- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to gain an understanding of their priorities and challenges.
- Effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to all stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions and negotiations to address conflicts and achieve consensus.

3. Solution Design and Evaluation:

- Collaborate closely with technical teams to design solutions that align with business objectives.
- Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements or new solutions as needed.
- Ensure business goals and technical capabilities are aligned.

4. Solution Implementation Support:

- Provide guidance and support to technical teams throughout the implementation phase.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- Facilitate training sessions and create documentation to assist end-users in adopting new technologies or processes.

5. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Champion innovation initiatives to enhance business capabilities and drive competitive advantages.

6. Team Leadership and Mentorship
- Offer guidance, mentorship, and coaching to a team of business analysts, facilitating their professional growth.
- Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring an equitable distribution of workload and alignment with team members' strengths and skillsets.
- Regularly evaluate performance, provide constructive feedback, and acknowledge achievements to foster a positive and supportive team culture.
- Collaborate with HR or management to recruit, onboard, and train new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Serve as a liaison between the team and senior management, advocating for resources, support, and recognition of the team's contributions to project success.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in banking, financial technology, supply chain, or mobile network operator sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Writing and verbal fluency in English.
- Fluency in Bahasa.
