**Role Description**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Perform account reconciliations, ensuring all financial information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with financial reporting standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the finance team in audits and other financial reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in an R2R or similar accounting role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in SAP and ERP tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, including active English proficiency.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
