**Apa yang dilakukan seorang Trainee di departemen Customer Service?**

Trainee Customer Service di Destination Management Company (DMC), berperan dalam mendukung operasional layanan wisatawan dan memastikan pengalaman terbaik bagi wisatawan. Tugas utama meliputi membantu korespondensi lisan maupun tertulis; administrasi, membantu menyiapkan bingkisan dan welcome letter untuk klien, serta berkoordinasi dengan seluruh departemen terkait.

Posisi ini membutuhkan kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat, terutama dalam bahasa Inggris dan lokal, pemahaman dasar tentang industri pariwisata, ketelitian, serta kemampuan problem-solving. Dengan fleksibilitas di hari-hari sibuk (seperti saat high season), keterampilan organisasi yang baik dan manajemen waktu, Anda akan membantu memastikan perjalanan pelanggan berjalan lancar dan memuaskan.

**Persyaratan**:

- S1 Semua Jurusan (Lebih diminati dari jurusan pariwisata)
- Memahami dan dapat mengoperasikan MS Office
- Dapat berbahasa Inggris lisan atau tulisan
- Memiliki keterampilan berorganisasi; komunikatif; mampu beradaptasi dengan baik
- Dapat bergabung bulan Januari 2025
- Dikarenakan HR Intern akan bertugas di kantor di Denpasar, Bali, maka diutamakan kandidat yang telah bertempat tinggal di Bali.

**Informasi**:

- Jangka waktu internship: 6 (enam) bulan
- Fee per hari untuk HR Intern: Rp. 25,000, dibayarkan di akhir bulan
- Selama melaksanakan internship, **HR Intern**akan didaftarkan di **BPJS Ketenagakerjaan untuk fasilitas Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja & Jaminan Kematian**:

- Customer Service Trainee akan diberikan Sertifikat Intership setelah masa internship selesai.
