You will work both in an office and manufacturing shop-floor environment.

Domestic relocation is available for this position.

**What You Will Do**:

- Participating in identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes.
- Monitoring equipment and process reliability; identifying and addressing problem areas.
- Providing coaching and development for operations technical staff and support areas.
- Providing engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.
- Create NC programs using CAM software, perform simulations, and transfer them to the machining center.

**What Skills You Have**:

- ** Manufacturing Processes**: Knowledge of existing product manufacturing methods, technologies and processes; ability to execute, plan, manage and monitor the entire manufacturing process.
- ** Problem Management Process**: Knowledge of manufacturing problem management processes, methodologies and techniques; ability to use a disciplined approach to bringing that problem to a successful resolution.
- ** Decision Making and Critical Thinking**: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- ** Lean Manufacturing**: Knowledge of the philosophy, principles and implementation approaches of lean manufacturing; ability to integrate and implement lean manufacturing philosophy into existing production and management processes.
- ** Manufacturing Equipment**: Knowledge of the electrical, mechanical and logistics equipment used in manufacturing; ability to safely operate, maintain, update and store them.
- ** Manufacturing Safety**: Knowledge of manufacturing safety; ability to identify work-related hazards and perform necessary activities to meet regulatory requirements for the safety and protection of workers, environment and site.
- ** Manufacturing Standards, Procedures and Policies**: Knowledge of organizational standards, procedures and policies in manufacturing activities; ability to plan, guide, and monitor manufacturing processes for compliance.

**What Will Set You Apart**:

- Educational Background: A minimum of an associate or diploma's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience OR university degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years’ experience. Preferably, prior experience working in a manufacturing environment, particularly in heavy machinery or large components with machining processes.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), Numerical Controls (NC) programming, and cutting tools selection and optimization.
- Skilled in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software such as Creo and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) programming like NX.
- Familiar with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process and Continues Improvement projects.

**Physical Requirements (With or Without Reasonable Accommodation)**:

- This job requires extensive active movement throughout the plant including climbing stairs and steps, lifting devices, and pushing and pulling equipment.
