Position: Mortgage Sales Manager

Job description:

- Looking for customers to sell mortgage banking products
- Establish good relations with internal/external parties to achieve predetermined business targets
- Responsible for fulfilling the capacity of the sales team under his coordination and evaluating team performance

Qualification:

- Minimum S1 education from various majors
- Experienced in sales, marketing and operations, especially in mortgage property min. 4 years as Sales Manager.
- Flexible in communication and has a wide network of connections.
- Able to build good relationships, especially at the top management level.
- Have a strong leadership spirit and be able to make decisions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp18,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- Mortgage TL: 3 years (required)
