As a Jr. Videographer, your responsibility will be include creating video content plans and video editing for our organic channel (Youtube) and paid ads channel (Youtube, Facebook & TikTok Ads). You will collaborate with the social media team to discuss your content plan for organic channel and with the performance team to discuss your video plan for paid ads channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create interesting and appropriate video ideas or concepts for promotion & branding needs
- Create video materials for promotion and branding needs from pre-production to post-production (editing)
- Edit and process raw videos into attractive and high-quality video content for promotion and branding needs.
- Work closely with social media team, and performance team to create video content

**Requirements**:

- Should have at least a bachelor’s degree in Communication/Marketing/Business is preferred
- Should have at least a min. a year as videographer or video editor
- Proficient in operating DSLR cameras, gimbals & other tools for shooting purposes
- Expert in Adobe Editing Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Good in layout, attention to detail and design aesthetics
- Have a great communication skills, proactive, creative and innovative
- Good portfolio of well video-directed brand building and advertising work
- Able to work well under tight deadlines.
- Deep passion for video editing and willingness to learn new video editing technologies

**About the team**:
Our Brand Marketing Team is a big family of about 9 people based in Jakarta. Together with the Performance, Funding and Public Relations teams, the core of our role is to create communication and marketing strategies that are in line with Amartha's values through various marketing channels.
