**I. Job Responsibilities**
**1. Production Planning & Scheduling**
(1) Responsible for formulating order plans, issuing production tasks, and following up on the implementation progress;
(2) Track the arrival of materials, proactively coordinate and handle abnormalities in a timely manner to ensure the normal supply of materials required for workshop production;
(3) Manage production line layout, issue target production capacity, implement incentives for production capacity improvement, and control costs.
**2. Production Process Management**
(1) Supervise daily production to ensure the effective implementation of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures);
(2) Optimize production processes;
(3) Oversee the implementation of work safety, conduct safety training, and eliminate potential hazards.
**3. Quality Management**
(1) Analyze quality issues in the production process and track the implementation of improvement measures;
(2) Implement the requirements of the ISO quality management system;
(3) Ensure products comply with technical standards.
**4. Cost Control**
(1) Formulate and track the implementation of the annual budget;
(2) Analyze the implementation status of the budget;
(3) Take measures to improve production yield and product qualification rate;
(4) Optimize personnel allocation to reduce manufacturing costs.
**5. Personnel & Team Management**
(1) Responsible for the selection, training, and assessment of front-line supervisors in the production line;
(2) Develop incentive systems and train multi-skilled workers;
(3) Manage employee relations and comply with labor laws and regulations.
**6. Others**
(1) Collect and organize relevant data, and fill in and sort out reports;
(2) Regularly report data such as output, quality, costs, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to superiors.
**II. Recruitment Requirements**
- Proficient in Chinese, which can be used as the working language;
- College degree or above, with more than 2 years of manufacturing factory management experience; proficient in using Office software, ERP systems, SAP systems, etc.; strong data analysis capabilities and communication & coordination skills; strong sense of responsibility, carefulness, and excellent execution.
