**Process Improvement Leader in Indonesia - Your future position?**
As a Process Improvement Leader in Givaudan, a company leader in the fragrance and flavour industry, you will be under the leadership of Production Manager. You will monitor, make a corrective action, preventive action of production system (SAP, CMS) and Process Improvement of Prebatch and Powder Blend Production. In this exciting role you also will:

- Make sure all RM and FG in optimum storage position (quantity and time)
- Coordination with Supervisor to mitigate and solve all issues regarding system (SAP, CMS, etc), process, production dashboard including the monitoring, improvement opportunity and necessary training
- Working closely with Supervisor for CAPA monitoring and action update
- Process Improvement coordination with Supervisor
- Responsible for SLA creation, monitoring and review
- EHS Improvement program including Safety contact, Hazard Observation Card/Near miss
- Responsible for a production document control
- Other job assigned by Manager

Your professional profile includes:

- Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering major
- 1 -2 years of experience in the similar position, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Having a good analytical thinking and leadership.
- Willing to learn.
- Fluent in English.
- Good knowledge of GMP and Food Quality and Safety.
- Having basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement.
