- Support BU in coaching and development of Big OKR and supporting OKR to support achievement of Big OKR, including translation of Big OKR into cluster of : Operational Excellence, Breakthrough/Initiatives, and/or Automation.
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of OKR visualisation.
- Periodically organize Meeting Cadence to track OKR progress and impact to Business Performance.
