**Cruise Operations Administrator & Support (Bali office)**

**Job Purpose**

In charge of administration and reports for Cruise Asia and assist Cruise Manager, Cruise Account Executive & Cruise Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth operations for all Cruise Ship’s clients at the ports in Indonesia

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of work experience in tourism, hospitality, or travel agency industry (preferred).**:

- **D3/D4 - S1 in Tourism or a related field (highly preferred).**:

- **Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.**:

- **Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).**:

- **Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.**:

- **Excellent time management, multi-tasking ability, strong administrative skills, adaptable, and able to work both in the office and in the field.**:

- **Able to join immediately (no later than November 2025).**:

- **Preferably already residing in Bali.**

**Accountabilities**:
**Execute**
- Assist Cruise Asia Manager & Cruise executive to manage and ensure smooth running of the operation at all ports in Indonesia or Cruise Ship’s clients.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for administration system for Cruise Asia
- Prepare ad hoc reports to support the management as per the requirement.
- Provide administrative support to department members, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
- Manage cruise operational administration, including paperwork, reservations, updating payments, and maintaining accurate records
- Manage and maintain departmental records, databases, and filing systems.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for department members. Arrange travel and accommodation for department staff.
- Document Management: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure document accuracy, consistency, and compliance with ship standards.
- Data Entry and Analysis: Input and maintain data in departmental databases and systems. Assist in the analysis and presentation of data as needed.
