Administration Support Coordinator

Job Description:
1. Be responsible to engage with local merchants and maintain the good relationships
2. Improve contents accuracy and quality in merchant app
3. Conduct visits and calls to educate merchants and pitching merchants about new features and
business updates
4. Assist merchants who complaints and face issues until problems are solved
5. Be involved in projects
Qualifications:
1. Familiar with Ms. Office (understand shortcuts, formulas, and pivot tables)
2. Min S1 in relevant field
3. Good communication skills and able to communicate well over the phone.
4. Able to draw conclusions from data, manage information, and trends.
5. Able to plan and execute projects in a timely manner
6. Able to work as part of a collaborative and flexible team
Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 6 bulan
Upah: Rp450.000.000 - Rp506.700.000 per bulan
