Job Description:

- Responsible for all check-in and check-out processes
- Handling guest complaints and/or feedbacks, as well as provide prompt response.
- Promoting and actively supporting hotel facilities by doing upselling
- Responsible for managing cash cashier during shift
- Ensuring arrival, departure, and pick-up processes run smoothly
- Balancing all payment cash, CC, and city ledger. Reconcile outlet bills and room guest bill
- Ensure shuttle service, wake up call, and breakfast box requests to run smoothly
- Other related responsibilities that may be delegated according to operational needs

Qualifications:

- At least 2 (two) years of related experience at the front desk, preferably at 4-stars hotel or above
- Able to work under pressure in a flexible working environment
- Previous experience with Realta Rhapsody is preferred
- Required fluent English orally and in writing
- Well-groomed, polite, guest-service oriented, excellent customer service skills, honest and disciplined
- Willing to be relocated at Terminal 2E, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
