Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Are you passionate about electrical engineering and looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and global environment? We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and guide our customers in their operational and maintenance activities.

**Your main responsibilities are**:

- Guide customers to the correct way of working, procedures, or SOPs for every activity.
- Daily communication regarding operational and maintenance activities with customers.
- Solve problems as they arise.
- Act as a hub for communications with all stakeholders in Wärtsilä, such as the Centre, CM, FS, Workshop, and Technical Service.
- Manage direct verbal discussions with customers.

**You will shine in this role when you have**:

- Experience in electrical engineering or automation.
- A diploma in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or an equivalent field.
- Work experience in a power plant as an electrician.
- Similar experience of around 5 years.
