Premium Technology Inc. is a supply chain financial software/product development company with headquarters in New York City. We are currently seeking PM Assistant to support Project Manager.
- **Project Coordination** - Support PM in scheduling, maintaining project plans, and tracking progress.
- **Stakeholder Communication** - Act as contact point between clients, developers, QA, and vendors; ensure bilingual communication.
- **Requirements Gathering & Analysis** - Conduct workshops/interviews, document requirements, and translate them for the technical team.
- **Documentation** - Prepare BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and ensure bilingual documentation.
- **Process Analysis & Design** - Review business processes, propose improvements, and create workflows/diagrams.
- **Risk & Issue Tracking** - Maintain logs, follow up with owners, and escalate unresolved issues.
- **Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support** - Support training, prepare user guides, provide hypercare, and collect feedback.

**Job Requirement**:

- To qualify you must have a Typically requires 2 or more years of experience and BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Experience with creating and maintaining Business Requirement, and Functional Specification Documents
- Proficient with MS Office and UML
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
