**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our marketing team to align on and deliver effective advertising solutions, including videos, graphics, and static ads.
- Act as a full time marketing assistant to assigned account manager
- Prepare detailed reports on account status, digital advertising performance, and ongoing campaigns to keep clients informed and engaged.
- Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to client requirements.
- Create Monthly Reports
- Create and manage E-mail Newsletters
- Manage social media accounts
- Continuously generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies for client portfolios.
- Draft client proposals and marketing strategies, and oversee project timelines and deliverables.
- Manage social media strategies, content creation, and overall marketing plans for clients.
- Contribute to team leadership by assisting in the development of training materials and mentoring new team members.
- You have 2-3 Years Experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistance, executive assistant or agency role.
- You are highly motivated, with a proven track record of fostering strong customer relationships and expanding business territories.
- Your english written and vertable communication skills are excellent, top-notch, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and effectiveness in all interactions.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have experience with META ads
- You have experience with E-mail Newsletter Software Mailchimp
