- Bertanggung jawab atas tim konstruksi serta mengelola pemeliharaan project Heartful Town Depok.
- Memeriksa RAB yang diajukan oleh QS Staff serta pengawasan pekerjaan konstruksi.
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan kerja.
- Memberikan arahan dan saran terkait pekerjaan dalam gambar konstruksi yang dibuat oleh staff design.
- Mengumpulkan dan berkoordinasi dengan kontraktor untuk pengadaan pengajuan project.
- Menangani permasalahan teknis di lapangan dan memastikan kualitas pekerjaan sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan.

Kualifikasi:

- Minimal lulusan S1 Teknik Sipil, Manajemen Konstruksi, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki mínimal 5 tahun pengalaman bekerja sebagai supervisor atau posisi serupa di industri konstruksi (menjadi nilai tambah).
- Mampu melakukan perhitungan struktur dan membuat gambar konstruksi sesuai SNI.
- Mampu menggunakan software manajemen proyek (seperti Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, atau lainnya)
- Memiliki pengetahuan tentang bahan, metode konstruksi dan standar SNI terkait pekerjaan instalasi fasilitas
- Memiliki kemampuan dalam manajemen proyek dan supervisi lokasi konstruksi.
- Berpengalaman dalam pengendalian mutu (quality control) dan manajemen anggaran proyek dan jadwan proses pengerjaan.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Project Depok

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 6 bulan

Pengalaman:

- Site Supervisor: 4 tahun (Diutamakan)
