**Job Purpose**

The Merchandise Manager is responsible for developing and managing Team Liquid’s merchandise line, ensuring product quality, brand alignment, and maximizing sales across all channels. This role involves overseeing inventory, managing vendor relationships, executing sales strategies, and analyzing performance data to continuously improve merchandise offerings and sales performance. The manager will also lead online store operations and collaborate with the marketing team to launch innovative merchandise aligned with Team Liquid’s brand identity.

**Main Accountabilities**

**Product Management**
- Design, manage, and launch new merchandise aligned with Team Liquid’s brand identity.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from design and sampling to production, sales, and delivery

**Inventory & Stock Management**
- Control and optimize product inventory levels, ensuring merchandise availability across all sales channels.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations.

**Vendor Management & Negotiations**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and meet quality standards.
- Negotiate the best terms for price, delivery times, and product quality.

**Sales & Marketing Strategy**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute merchandise promotion strategies, both online and offline.
- Manage online stores on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Tokopedia, optimizing for sales performance.

**Data Analysis**
- Analyze merchandise sales data, purchasing trends, and customer feedback to inform product improvements and sales strategies.
- Provide management with detailed reports on sales performance and make recommendations for growth.

**Event Management**
- Prepare and manage merchandise for events or tournaments, ensuring product availability for both sales and promotional purposes.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandise management, especially within eSports, fashion, or related industries.
- Proven experience in inventory management, supplier coordination, and merchandise design.
- Excellent taste and creativity in designing brand-relevant merchandise.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
- Ability to manage stock levels, budgets, and production timelines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Experience managing online stores (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia) is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with vendors and external partners.
