**About work**仕事内容について**:
Main job is to provide after-sales technical support which includes robot inspection & servicing, robot troubleshooting & repair, robot installation, teaching & commissioning as well as providing operational and maintenance training to customers.

Robot servicing requires periodical inspection and maintenance as well as professional advice & recommendation to customers.
To perform troubleshooting when required and support customers through site visits.
To give Operational and Maintenance training to customers based on individual skills and requests from superiors.
To install and set up new robots including robot teaching, testing, and commissioning.
Performing repair service of robotics product ordered by the customer including but not limited to Robot Manipulator, Controller Panel, Welding Power Source, as well as other related equipment.
To provide telephone support to customers for any technical problems related to the robotic equipment whenever is needed.
To maintain engineering consumable needs & purchase necessary items during work or project execution upon approval from superior & purchasing department.
Responsible to maintain & care for all equipment, machinery, tools, or material used in performing duties assigned.
Maintain working relationships with manufacturers’ technical personnel for assigned jobs. To review technical correspondences from manufacturers and recommend appropriate solutions.
Coordination and liaison with the sales department about new projects related to engineering matters.
To maintain a positive attitude with team/unit, predictable attendance, and efficient manner during job or project assigned by management.
To understand company rules, guidelines as well as working flow with the related departments within the company.
Responsible to maintain given facilities such as:
a) Internet/E-mail/Network Access
b) Software (Computing & Engineering purposes.
c) Hardware (Laptop & Workstation PC)
d) Uniform & Tools
Other desk work includes:
a) Maintaining a proper attendance list and record for every single service rendered.
b) Maintaining structured customer data as well as every related offline data on a
shared network folder accessed by all personnel in the division.
c) Completing technical reports and documentation required by customer and
superior.
