You showed extensive experience in identifying and defining business challenges, developing a strategic approach to evaluating performances, forecasting future trends, and presenting findings to multi-functional teams to facilitate project delivery.

**What You Will Do**:

- ** Analysis**, to conduct analysis and generate insight in the context of project/product performance.
- ** Experimentation**, to assist in the ideation of experimentation based on the abstract concept from multi-functional teams.
- ** Project Delivery**, to execute strategy internally via multi-function team from incubation to roll-out.

**What You Will Need**:

- Bachelor's degree with a strong quantitative background or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or business intelligence.
- Capable of creating engaging visuals in the form of a dashboard to monitor business metrics.
- Familiar with data analytics tools (SQL, R, Python) and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to deliver on deadlines and manage multiple initiatives at once.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Intellectual curiosity, thoughtful communicator with the capacity of learning new knowledge.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy.

**It Will be Nice if You Have**:

- Familiarity with GIS tools and analysis.
- Familiarity with simple web development.
