3. Menguasai CAD/CAM/CAE, Reverse Engineering, Prototyping, Metalografi, Heat Treatment, CNC, CMM serta mampu melakukan supervisi dan pengendalian pada rangkaian proses produksi.

4. Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan mesin CNC

5. Memiliki keahlian teknik mesin khususnya di bidang Kinematika / Precise dan Moving parts assembly / Special Purpose Machine atau Small - mechanism design

6. Memiliki kemampuan pengembangan desain yang baik, uji coba, dan root cause analysis.

7. Akurat, perhatian terhadap detail, bijaksana, dan cepat belajar adalah suatu keharusan.

Jobdesk:
1. Menyiapkan gambar design, kalkulasi, cutting plan, shop drawing sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan, serta menggambarkan kebutuhan material dan alur kerja proses produksi.

2. Mengkoordinir operator CNC agar dapat bekerja sesuai dengan standard dan mencapai target yang telah ditentukan.

3. Menjalankan Prosedur yang telah ditetapkan Quality Management System Perusahaan.

4. Berkolaborasi dengan divisi terkait dalam membuat design prototype maupun produksi massal.

5. Merancang sistem dan komponen yang memenuhi kebutuhan dan persyaratan teknis penggunaan.

6. Membuat prototipe, mengevaluasi hasil pengujian dan desain, mendesain ulang hingga produk siap diproduksi

7. Memberikan laporan dan dokumentasi yang baik.

8. Mengkaji dan mengevaluasi produk yang ada untuk membuat rekomendasi modifikasi dan perbaikan untuk pengembangan produk.

9. Mengelola anggota tim dan bekerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan

10. Merencanakan pencapaian, kerangka waktu proyek, dan sasaran/target pekerjaan.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp5.000.000 - Rp8.000.000 per bulan
