**Role Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all areas associated with the Purchase and Payable cycle, including processing of accounts payable, employee expense reimbursements and related month end close processes recordings, invoice processing and payments, and communications with vendors.- Responsible for leading the Accounts Payable team.- Ensure proper controls on every disbursement transaction.- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.- Assist with investigating and resolving vendor inquiries in a timely manner and employee inquiries regarding expenses and payment status.- Work closely with the Procurement department on vendor onboarding, purchase requests and ensuring invoices are applied to the correct purchase orders.- Responsible for month end close tasks as they relate to the Accounts Payable function, such as closing AP ledger, accruals recording and preparing month end close reports and reconciliations.- Month end AP reporting/Aging Report/Prepayment Report/Intercompany reconciliation.- Develop and document policies, processes and procedures.
- Propose and review improvements in Purchase and Payable business process.

**Job Requirements**- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance with deep understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounting concept.- Minimum 5 years experience in an Accounts Payable Manager role or applicable experience.- Ability to understand issues, demonstrate resourcefulness and proactively resolve problems and respond in a timely manner.- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated business acumen and commercial insight and ability in developing a team.- Solid organizational skills, including task prioritization and effective time management.- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
