**About the Team**:
You will be part of the data team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in collecting, organising and analyzing data to support our strategic decision making, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. You will need to query large data and use various statistical techniques to interpret the results in order to provide insights to improve our business operations, and lead a team of data analysts to do the same.

**What You Will Do**:

- Create dashboards and reports to provide regular updates on key metrics to enable leaders to monitor the company’s performance
- Collect, interpret and analyse data according to the stakeholders’ requirements in collaboration with other data analysts, and present the results in a clear and concise format
- Perform deep dive analysis in collaboration with Strategy team stakeholders to investigate topics of strategic interest to the company
- Translate analytics output into clear and actionable insight, and give advice or recommendation based on the insights generated by the analysis
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, and support them to gather requirements from stakeholders as well as to manage their respective projects
- Work with Data Engineering teams to establish required internal and external data sources, including designing the data warehouse for optimal organisation of the data
- Able to manage moderate to large-scale projects
- Documenting analytics and business requirements related to assigned tasks.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science
- At least 3 years experience as Data Analyst
- Proficient in one of database languages (ex : postgreSQL, mySQL, prestoSQL, etc.)
- Proficient in python
- Have a knowledge on basic statistics
- Have experience in using BigQuery, Tableau or any data platform
- Ability to collaborate and manage stakeholders effectively
- Able to communicate in English
- Strong commercial sense, analytical and attention to detail
- Have experience in leading a project is a plus
- Experience in banking or lending businesses will be a huge plus
