**About us**:
**Your Contribution**:

- To do briefing with supervisor and subordinate.
- To allocate mechanic needed due the proper shift, including assignment of overtime.
- To do inspection of operated machine in production and perform act as needed.
- To communicate machine trouble to on duty production supervisor for make repair planning.
- To do troubleshooting
- To analyze the machine trouble.
- To do machine repair if there is breakdown.
- To do maintenance and repair:

- To bring and deliver the broken or needed sparepart to repair in workshop.
- To repair varians of broken spareparts.
- To do preventive maintenance activity for SPAMI machines as determine schedule.
- To make mechanic daily activity notes.
- To make preventive maintenance report and doing TECO WO PM in SAP for the PM that has been done.
- Joining the plan of machine treatment planning (inspection, changing sparepart, service and maintenance).
- To give instruction and guidance to subordinate if needed.
- Taking and caring work tools.
- Responsible for troubleshooting activities.
- Responsible for maintenance-repair activities.
- Responsible for Preventive Maintenance activities.
- Responsible for allocating mechanic needed.
- To determine and decide machine repair, include exchanging sparepart to avoid hig breakdown.
- To allocate mechanic needed to avoid unoptimal working condition.

**Your Profile**:

- Diploma or bachelor in mechanical engineering
- 4-5 years in maintenance and repair of machines, CNC, welding experience
- Skill: expert in Autodesk Inventor & MS Office
- Have a good knowledge about mechanical engineering.
- Have a good knowledge and skill in machine analysis.
- Have a good knowledge and skill in leadership.
- Able to repair machine.
- Able to speak and write in English as well.
- Able to operate computer.
- Minimum height 165 cm
- Preferably for male
