**Fine Dining Excellence**:The restaurant is a masterpiece of contemporary European dining, celebrated for its award-winning cuisine. With a seating capacity of 90, this elegant restaurant has garnered a reputation as one of Malaysia's most sought-after dining destinations.

**Role Overview**:We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as the General Manager, leading the facilities with an entrepreneurial spirit and F&B expertise. The GM will be the charismatic face of the establishment, embodying the qualities of a gracious host, an extroverted leader, and a business-minded professional. A balanced approach, coupled with a knack for relationship building and VIP management, will be key to success.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee the entire operation of, ensuring world-class service and exceptional guest experiences.**:

- **Lead a team of 40+staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.**:

- **Manage business operations, financial performance, and strategic planning to drive growth and profitability.**:

- **Develop and execute VIP promotions, loyalty programs, and events that resonate with the discerning clientele.**:

- **Foster strong relationships with patrons, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance the establishment's reputation.**

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Seasoned F&B professional with experience in fine dining and nighttime entertainment.
- Proven success in managing high-end restaurant and bar operations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and deliver exceptional VIP experiences.
- Experience working in Asia, particularly in cities like Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta, Phuket, Hong Kong, Hanoi, HCMC, or Singapore, is a significant advantage.
