Currently, we are looking for a **Human Resources Generalist** to join our team and implement various human resources programs. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

**What You Will Do**:

- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organise training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like employee turnover rates
- Organise performance and annual employee reviews
- Maintain employee files and records
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Contribute to team and organisational improvements in process and infrastructure
- Follow industry best practices

**Requirements**:

- At least 3+ years of working experience in a similar role
- Exposure in tech, agency, or start up environment
- A strong ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people from all backgrounds, at all levels including senior management
- A very high attention to detail
- An ability to understand and live the businesses values, as a key representative of the brand when communicating externally
- Willing to work according to Australian Time
