Working within our function departments, you would be supporting all of our businesses. **Requirements**: - Min. Diploma, preferly Bachelor Degree - Min. 3-5 years in management level - Preferly: 3 years in the same position in a service company - Proficiency in English - Problem solving and analytical ability - Motivated self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced environtment - Demonstrated integrity and ethical standars - Strong leadership, motivation and managerial skills - Proven history of profit and loss management - Direct all operational aspects of the branch in a manner that supports reaching the profitability goals - Address customers and employess satisfaction issues promptly - Evaluate regularly the effectiveness of the branch operation, to see that policies are being observed and that goals are being attained - Manager branch budget - Direct assess lokal market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branch - Ensure safety regulations are adhered to - Direct warehouse operations.
