**Requirements**:

- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- A passion for customer service and a drive to succeed
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high volume environment. Able to perform well under deadlines and respond well to an environment of constant change
- Previous telemarketing service experience preferred
