Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Comply with HSE standards to manage and minimize risks
- Manage and control trucking fleets readiness within the agreed SLA and quality
- Consistently implement disciplinary of the whole operation team
- Anticipate and responsive to any accidents that happened to drivers and vehicles
- Lead the team in terms of problem solving
- Ensure all assets are well maintained
- Supervise and control the preparation of truck fleet repair plans and coordinate with vendors
- Ensure no unauthorized driver/rider is driving/riding vehicles
- Conduct initiatives and give suggestions driven by comprehensive analysis

**Requirements**:

- Minimum a Bachelor's degree from any major
- Minimum has 6 years of experience in the Transport, Logistics & Supply Chain field
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and possess an excellent leadership skills
- Willing to travel across Indonesia
- Placement: Sunter, North Jakarta
