We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Associate Manager** **Collection Associate Field Payment Assistance Post Write Off Surabaya.**

**Responsibilities**:

- The jobholder needs to guide the team to ensure maximum debt collection without sacrificing the image of the Bank as well as ensuring that all prescribed guidelines are strictly followed.
- The jobholder will be overseeing the entire negotiation process and performance achievement would be one of his/her primary responsibilities. This would include motivating and counseling the officers with view to optimize productivity.
- The jobholder is part of the unit responsible for managing the customer payment arrangement. Management of the portfolio directly impacts the profitability of the business. Management of collection customer service and special handling will impact on the profitability of the business and on the customer's satisfaction as well as protecting the bank interest.
- To perform necessary supervision, coordination and required advice/guideline for overall collection support units:

- Manage and supervise Field Payment Assistant team.
- Cooperation with collection system development & maintenance
- Cooperation with other parties within department and bank
- Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with section B.1.2 of the HBID operations policy.
- Maintain and observe HBID internal control standards, implement and observe HBID Compliance Policy, including the timeline implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators. Foster a compliance culture and implement HBID Compliance Policy by managing compliance risk in liaison with the Head of HBID Compliance, Regional Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or HBID Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources are in place and training is provided, and optimizing relations with regulators.
