We are an HR consultancy specializing in recruitment, tax, and finance dedicated to helping our clients find the perfect team members. Our mission is to support expats by ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations while facilitating a smooth transition into their new roles.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support day-to-day HR administration, including employee data management, document filing, and contract preparation.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documents and checklists are completed.
- Prepare HR reports, attendance summaries, and updates for management.
- Handle communication with clients and internal teams regarding HR operations.
- Maintain HR systems, databases, and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, meeting notes, and correspondence.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable handling both internal and client-facing tasks.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with HR documents, recruitment processes, and basic labor regulation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to work with HR tools or databases.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
