**Responsibilities**:
**1 - Sales Process Optimization**:

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve sales processes.
- Ensure consistency in lead generation, qualification, and deal closure.
- Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows for maximum efficiency.

**2*- **Target Setting and KPI Management*:

- Collaborate with upper management to set ambitious yet achievable sales targets.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
- Regularly assess progress toward targets and adjust strategies as needed.

**3- Data Analysis and Forecasting**:

- Analyze historical sales data to create accurate sales forecasts.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

**4- Sales Team Leadership and Training**:

- Recruit, onboard, and train sales representatives.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the team.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance.

**5- CRM and Automation Management**:

- Implement and manage the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and effective use of CRM tools.

- Document sales processes, guidelines, and best practices.

- Ensure consistency in sales methodologies across the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

**Compensation**:
Starting salary**:13,000,000 IDR per month** (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
