One of our biggest Brewery Client that has been established since 1975 are looking for Head of Procurement

**Responsibilities**:
1. Procurement Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company's manufacturing and marketing objectives.
- Analyze market trends, identify potential suppliers, and establish strategic partnerships to ensure a robust and diverse supply chain.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize procurement processes to achieve cost savings, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.

2. Supplier Management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing performance to ensure consistent quality, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing.
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations, track their performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor supplier compliance with ethical and sustainability standards, ensuring responsible sourcing practices.

3. Raw Material Procurement:

- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and procure equipment, machinery, and spare parts required for manufacturing operations.
- Source and manage the procurement of raw materials, such as ingredients, packaging materials, and chemicals, ensuring an uninterrupted supply to meet production demands.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and quality of raw materials to make informed procurement decisions.

4. Branding Materials Procurement:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand branding and promotional material requirements.
- Source and procure marketing collateral, including packaging materials, labels, point-of-sale materials, and advertising merchandise.
- Ensure consistent branding and quality standards across all marketing and sales materials, while optimizing costs.

5. Supplier Diversity and Risk Management:

- Develop and implement a supplier diversity program, promoting partnerships with diverse suppliers and fostering inclusivity in procurement practices.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, such as disruptions, price fluctuations, or quality issues, through effective risk management strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management within the manufacturing industry for 7 years or 3 years as Head of Procurement, preferably in the beverage sector.
- Strong knowledge of engineering equipment procurement, raw material sourcing, and branding material procurement for marketing and sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Familiarity with sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive procurement decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and finance teams.

**Salary**: Rp40,000,000 - Rp55,000,000 per month
