- Project-based role focused on identifying and implement solutions to improve key performance and financial metrics
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on internal potental issues of management concerns including spearheading internal projects to support the firm’s strategic objectives
- Work on ad-hoc projects and assignments with the most efficient execution
- Do forecasting, planning & analysis on firm’s key performance and financial metrics
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and manage databases / data systems

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organisation
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in SQL and financial modelling will be an advantage
