Procurement Specialist Manufacture

Conducting manufacturing profiling that meets both the competency and standard requirements required by the user and analyzes the profile and quality of the portfolio that has been done.

Bridging and minimizing the potential for miss alignment between divisions and external vendors that may hinder business processes in the company.

Ensuring that the agreement made is profitable from the company's side, such as the price offered is in accordance with the quality, and that the work is carried out within the time period desired by the user.

Analyze the agreement with the manufacturer and continue to coordinate with the legal team for a review before it is signed.

Manage supplier or vendor data.

Carry out evaluation of supplier or vendor performance based on weekly monthly quarterly semester or yearly.

Able to maintain and manage stock so that sustainability is maintained by conducting intense communication with the Supply Planner team.

Max. 28 years old

Min. Bachelor Degree in Management or business administration.

Have Min. 2 years experience in the same field in Manufacturing, supply chain management or procurement

Have good communication skills (Fluent in English is priority) if mastering Mandarin language is preferred.

Have the ability to identify product demand based on market trends.

Have the ability to write and present detailed reports.

Have good Negotiation skills with suppliers

Have initiative and high work motivation
