**About the role**

As an Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the data pipelines and analytics that support our business. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the squads to understand their unique business needs.

**What You Will Do**
- Work with various stakeholders to understand the business context and the current business challenges.
- Develop data marts and analytics dashboards to give visibility to key leaders (decision makers) about business performance.
- Support the analytical lifecycle for new product features, from defining event tracking, to forecasting potential impact, to conducting post-launch test analysis.
- Performs analysis using a statistical approach to answer deeper questions and generate actionable insights that may not have been answered in the existing dashboards to support business in decision making.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining the performance and reliability of data pipelines.

**What You Will Need**
- 1-3+ years in data analytics, engineering, or analytics engineering related field.
- High proficiency in SQL, data visualization (Tableau), and Python.
- Deep understanding of data warehouse architecture.
- Possess strong in solving problems using quantitative and statistical approaches (regression, clustering, hypothesis testing).
- Possess structured critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Ability to communicate complex quantitative insights in a precise and actionable manner.
- Have a strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset.
- Experience leveraging LLM APIs to automate analytical tasks, summarize insights, or improve workflow efficiency is a plus.
- Familiarity with data infrastructure (e.g., CI/CD, orchestration) is a plus.

**Required Skills**:
SQL, data visualization (Tableau), data warehouse & modeling, Python, statistics, LLM concept.
