We are on the lookout for a vibrant and dynamic **Host/Cashier** to bring their energy and enthusiasm to create unforgettable service and party experiences for our guests.

Beyond the food, a cohesive story of East meets West is told through the blend of modern industrial New York design and classical Chinese décor at THE POND. We employ modern and innovative cooking techniques from around the world to bring you the best recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. Ensuring the source of each ingredient remains principal to us, ethical sourcing using organic and sustainable ingredients whenever possible, while working closely with agriculture ensures food is served of the highest quality.

**Location: Seminyak, Badung - Bali**

**Job description**:

- Resolve customer complaints or issues
- Putt takeout orders in containers or bags
- Process discounts and coupons
- Answer customer questions
- Book reservations
- Host customer to table
- Welcoming customer
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
- Closing or cashing out the register at the end of the day
- Process the payments and providing change and receipts
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

**Job requirements**:

- Work experience as a Restaurant Cashier or in a similar role
- Basic PC knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
- Good math skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented

**Experience**:

- Cashier: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
- English (required)
- Mandarin (preferred)
