**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of food, service, and overall guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies.
- Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel.
- Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any disciplinary issues.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Interact with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and overall experience.
- Manage the restaurant's budget, including labor costs, food costs, and other expenses.
- Monitor sales and profitability, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales, labor, and inventory data.
- Implement strategies to meet or exceed financial targets, such as promotions and upselling techniques.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining adequate stock levels.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality products at competitive prices.
- Monitor inventory levels and reduce waste through effective stock control.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Coordinate promotional events, special offers, and other marketing initiatives to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the restaurant's online presence and reputation.
- Ensure the restaurant adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements, including food safety, alcohol service, and labor laws.
- Maintain accurate records of licenses, permits, and inspections.
- Implement and enforce health and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to address any repairs or issues.
- Oversee the upkeep of equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly and safely.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Communicate effectively with the management team, providing regular updates on restaurant performance and any issues.
- Attend management meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
- Experience in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick, effective decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Certifications in food safety, alcohol service, and other relevant areas are a plus.
- Willing to be placed at Surabaya
