Role Summary:
Provide quality assurance to the program in province and national level

**Responsibilities**:
1. Iterate on the design of teacher training activities and implementation plan based on the feedback and monitoring and evaluation data to achieve program quality.

2. Develop and continuously improve digital-based teacher training materials to accommodate the dynamics of education development and user input.

3. Implement training-related activities at the national level such as selection and strengthening of training facilitators

4. Document, analyze, and communicate best practices from teacher training program to support Tanoto Foundation’s role as trusted partner.

5. Coordinate action, resource, and budget related to teacher training to ensure successful, timely, and cost-effective implementation of the intervention at the national and provincial levels.

6. Mentor the provincial team for quality assurance and standardization; Provide technical guidance for the implementation of program training at national, provincial and district level.

7. Identify opportunities for partnership with government and non-government owned education entity to improve and/or sustain teacher professional development program;
8. Any other relevant assignments from Management

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: - A degree in the related job field. - Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. - Willing to relocate to the job location.
