Quality Control Technician

**Job Title - Quality Control Technician**

**Location - Cileungsi, Indonesia**

This is an entry / transitional level role; The Roles Primary Responsibilities are the complete testing and final Quality disposition decision on Quality Control Samples received through the use of approved SOP's, and completion of the training cycle to become fully competent to run all analytical, GC testing and Sensory evaluation of all PE and FL raw materials and PE finished products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage sample receipt, logging, prioritization, separation, and testing per SOPs.
- Retrieve and use valid QC retains; file retains after testing.
- Analyze raw materials, in-process, and finished products following SOPs.
- Perform sensory preparation and evaluation of ingredients and finished goods.
- Ensure instrument calibration, recalibrate as needed, and maintain lab GMP and safety standards.
- Collaborate across departments and promptly report deviations or abnormal results.

**You Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a Science-related field (Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc. preferred).
- 1 year of Quality Control or analytical/sensory lab experience — fresh graduates are welcome.
- Skilled in wet chemistry, specific gravity, refractive index, titrations, GC/GCMS; familiar with LIMS or SAP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in GLP and lab documentation.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
