**Requirements**:

- Bacheors Degree - in related Engineering scope (preferably Civil Engineering)
- At least **8 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in a construction contractor company**. _(_**experienced in Top Indonesian Property Developers, with many projects in Jakarta will be strongly preferred**_)_
- **Experienced in the construction of mass housing with a minimum of 2 storeys.**:

- Proficient in reading technical drawings, surveying work, MEP systems, and construction standards.
- Strong leadership, good communication skills, and quick decision-making abilities.
- Willing to be assigned to housing projects in the Greater Jakarta area (JABODETABEK).
- Must have site supervision portofolio (attached in CV)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the implementation of construction activities in accordance with technical plans, specifications, and project timeline.
- Lead the project execution team and ensure that work is carried out efficiently and safely.
- Ensure the quality of work meets company standards and regulations.
- Oversee the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and safe work practices on site.
- Resolve technical and operational issues quickly and accurately.
- Coordinate with the project management team and prepare progress reports.
