We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, and experienced Accountant.

Reporting to the Financial Controller based in Melbourne, your duties will include but not limit to:

- Manage and oversee the financial operations, including budgeting, costing and monthly reporting.
- Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, audits, and tax filings.
- Lead and mentor a small finance and admin team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Oversee human resources activities related to finance, contracts, and legal matters.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Business
- At least 5 years working experience
- Experience within the Manufacturing industries will also be highly regarded.
- You will have strong interpersonal skills, exceptional mathematical and analytical ability and the able to meet demanding deadlines.
- Proactive
- Proficient in English

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Semarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Accounting: 5 years (required)
