**What You Will Do:
- Run cost-effective digital ad campaigns to consistently deliver qualified leads to the sales pipeline.
- Proactively optimize digital ad performance and maintain a positive ROAS.
- Craft compelling copy for various digital ad formats.
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization, and make data driven recommendations based on campaign performance.
- Assist in the setup and management of analytics and ad tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including; brand designers, content marketing, and others to to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

**What You Will Bring to the Role**:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience with at least 1 year of running performance marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with impeccable grammar.
- Familiar with analytics and ad-tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
