Assistant Director of Sales

**Job Description**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of the hotel's sales strategy to increase revenues and market share.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and business partners. Identify new potential clients and make sales pitches to them.
- Assist in managing the hotel's sales team. This could include tasks such as training new team members, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Use this information to make recommendations for adjusting the hotel's sales strategy.
- Prepare regular reports on the hotel's sales performance and market trends for review by the hotel's management.
Work Experience
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial role.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills are critical. The Assistant Director of Sales must be able to effectively sell the hotel's services and negotiate profitable contracts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills are necessary for managing and motivating the sales team.
- The ability to analyze market trends and sales data to inform strategic decisions is
