As a **Store Keeper** at Thamrin Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the availability, quality, and accurate tracking of raw ingredients and essential materials in our Central Kitchen. Your work will directly impact the smooth operation of our F&B team.

**Requirements**:

- Hold at least a **Diploma or Bachelor’s degree** in any relevant field
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in inventory or storekeeping, preferably in the F&B industry
- Understand **raw materials**, especially food ingredients, and inventory flow such as **FIFO** and **FEFO**
- Familiar with **local purchasing** process and stock documentation
- Strong **physical stamina**, attention to detail, and organizational skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory for raw materials and operational items, ensuring availability and quality
- Check incoming goods, monitor stock movement, and report any shortage or issue
- Ensure proper storage methods and maintain cleanliness and order in the storage area
- Classify and process incoming materials based on type, quality, and usage needs
- Perform regular **stocktaking** and maintain accurate inventory records
