We are looking for a full-time English and Bahasa Indonesia Education Curriculum Designer to join our marketing and content team. This is a remote position.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Education/ Curriculum Design/ Educational Technology or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Curriculum Designer or an Instructional Designer or a role that requires working with content.
- Ability to create clear instructional material in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience with video editing software.
- Passionate about teaching and helping people improve themselves.
- Motivated by the drive to reinvent and innovate.
- Comfortable with voice and video recording for content creation purposes. Must have a webcam or a phone with a clear camera to record videos.
- Have a camera on your webcam or a camera on your mobile phone that records clear images for creating content

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working collaboratively with other education professionals to develop high-quality learning curriculum and resources.
- Establish feasible timeframes to achieve the objectives of the course.
- Creating engaging lesson plans and recommending relevant additional resources.
- Developing a wide range of digital resources that will enable students to learn as much as possible in their classrooms, and provide opportunities for learners to continue to learn even if they are not in formal settings.
- Create supplementary teacher and student guides and other resources.
- Collecting feedback from students, teachers, and clients on the quality of educational curriculum.
- Collaborating with other curriculum developers, educators, and other professionals to develop new curriculum and other learning resources.
- Setting up tests, exams, and other forms of assessments to gauge the effectiveness of learning programs.
- You must plan a detailed educational curriculum, including dates, topics and number of hours that are required per course.
- Develop engaging training course content (videos, interactive elements, etc.).
- Set learning objectives for each training course to ensure that participants learn the fundamentals of the training material.
- Identify and recommend appropriate evaluation criteria for the courses and learning materials.
- Organize and store physical and digital materials for instructors and trainees.
- Provide training materials and general advice on how to use online learning materials.
- Research and recommend innovative teaching methods (e.g. gamification).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Rp1,500,000 - Rp3,000,000 per month
