**Job Description**:

- Leading improvement projects for Outlet Operations
- Project manage the improvement
- Suggest product's flow and development to RnD based on Ops point of view
- Maintaining menu structure for Outlet
- Review the Standard Product Manual (SPM)
- Review and approve Memo before socialize to Outlets
- Review and approve all minor renovation that occurs in Outlet

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree of Food Tech or Hotel Management or Culinary
- 3 to 5 years experience in kitchen restaurant / hotel / hot kitchen
