**Salary**: up to IDR 50 Million per month
**Requirement**:
+ Having more than 12 years of comprehensive experience in Construction Management across various sectors, with a minimum of 8 years in projects or facilities related to oil & gas, petrochemicals, mining, geothermal energy, or power plants.
+ Proven experience as a Construction Manager for EPC/EPCI projects or as the principal construction representative in projects for multinational oil & gas or petrochemical companies, civil engineering, mining, geothermal, or power generation, with single contract values of at least IDR 200 billion, managing no less than 200 contractor personnel, including subcontractors.
+ Demonstrated strong leadership in HSE, capable of enforcing safety protocols and promoting a safety-conscious work environment.
+ Proficiency in business administration processes and a solid understanding of contract principles and legal frameworks.
+ Strong managerial skills with the ability to facilitate coordination, mentorship, coaching, and effective networking.
+ Ability to prepare and deliver motivational presentations and innovative proposals (in both Bahasa Indonesia and English) as part of the selection and interview process.
+ Proficient in driving a manual car and possessing a valid, relevant driver's license
+ Good English with minimum Bachelor Degree in any Engineering disciplines
