As we expand our creative capabilities, we're launching an AI Studio and need a visionary artist to help lead.

**The Role**:
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & AI Artist to join our remote team. You will be at the heart of our content engine, creating visually stunning assets for social media and pioneering content in our new AI Studio. This is a unique role for someone who thrives between classic design principles and cutting-edge AI technology.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce a high volume of engaging, on-brand social media content (static and video) for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Edit and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikTok videos) that is optimized for each platform's algorithm and audience.
- **AI Studio Work**: Generate innovative and high-quality visual assets using AI image and video generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, RunwayML, Veo3.).
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines for our diverse international clientele.
- Collaborate with the marketing and web teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.

**Who You Are**:

- You are located in Indonesia and are proficient in English (both written and verbal).
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media design and short-form video editing.
- You have a **demonstrable passion for AI art** and a portfolio that includes work created with AI tools.
- You are proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro/After Effects) and/or Figma.
- You are a creative problem-solver, up-to-date with the latest social media and AI trends.
- You are available to work core UK business hours (GMT/BST) and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

**Our Hiring Process - Transparent and Fair**:

- **Part-Time Position**: If you excel in the trial, we will offer a part-time contract for the following **1-2 months**.
- **Growth & Commission**: During this phase, you will earn a **commission of IDR 500K for each major project or campaign you lead the design for**.
- **Full-Time Offer**: For artists who demonstrate exceptional creativity, reliability, and innovative flair, there is a clear path to a promoted full-time position.
