**About work**仕事内容について**:
Responsible in human resources development area: Compensations & Benefit, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Organization Development, Employee Relations and other HR aspects.
Prepare and handling payroll, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, PPh 21.
Conduct administrative HR duties such as liaising with insurance for employees, as well as to prepare permits, expatriate formalities and documents, company registrations and other obligations regarding human resources related to Manpower.
Formulate and recommend Human Resources policies, procedures and program to Management and ensure its compliance with current employment law and regulations.
Manage and coordinate housekeeping, facility & building management, routine office supplies such as stationary, daily needs.
Secretarial duties, office and general administration, such as employee business trip and meetings.
Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
