**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Freight Forwarding Staff, you'll be instrumental in managing the full lifecycle of international shipments. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Handling End-to-End Processes**: Managing the complete export and import processes, from initial documentation to final delivery, including customs clearance.
- **Documentation Mastery**: Preparing and processing essential shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensuring strict adherence to all applicable regulations and requirements for international trade, minimizing risks and delays.
- **Effective Communication**: Serving as a crucial link between clients, overseas partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- **Rate Negotiation**: Skillfully negotiating competitive rates with carriers and service providers to optimize costs and service quality.
- **Shipment Tracking**: Diligently tracking and monitoring shipments to guarantee timely delivery and proactive issue resolution.
- **Problem Solving**: Efficiently resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise throughout the shipping process, maintaining smooth operations.

**What We're Looking For**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
- **Language Proficiency**: A strong command of English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective international communication.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are a must.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Industry Knowledge (Advantageous)**: Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade practices is a significant advantage.
- **Employment Model**:Willingness to work as an outsourced employee.**:

- **Documentation Expertise**: A thorough understanding of export and import documentation.
- **Practical Experience**: Hands-on experience handling export and import processes for customer goods in the field.
- **Experience Level**: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a freight forwarding operations staff.
